Raid Availablity please list days and times
free later in the day on tuesday/thursday, not on wed/mon/or fri tho, and all day on weekends or holidays

stealth,garrote, HFB, mut to 5 pts, SnD, (Mut to 4 pts, envenom)x repeat till HfB and SnD ends then reopen those got good talent tree i think too

going for tier 10, [Im an enchanter/engineer too ]

Raid Availability: Can you be more specific on times Tuesday/Thursday?

Gear : Looks like most everything would need regemming with epics ( not sure why you are using stam gems ). Shoulders and helm arn't enchanted, no gems in head, wrist and belt.

Replace garrote with fan of knives glyph

Rotation : Looks fine for most part except you won't need to garrote with our raid comp.
